There is No Outcome Without Action

Outcomes are the bread and butter of most industries, including education (hello, syllabi :-)). It is true that outcomes are important and they need to be measurable, but it's easy to lose sight of what an outcome is really supposed to be: a #transformation from point A to something better at point B. Outcomes may or may not be met OR they may be exceeded OR sometimes some outcomes create an unexpected avenue of #success. BUT this I know for sure, and I remind myself of it often: it is action that drives outcome (however uncertain it may be) because there is no outcome without action. My certainty is in my action.
